THIS RECIPIE REQUIRES AN OVEN-PROOF FRYING PAN
Ingredients
- 2 Onions (type doesn't matter)
- 2 Potatoes
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- Salt and Black pepper (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C
- In a large oven-safe frying pan, heat the oil
- Sliced onions and potatoes and add to the skillet. Cook until the onions are translucent and the potatoes are tender, about 10-15 minutes. Stiring occasionally
- Mince and add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper
- Pour the egg mixture over the onions and potatoes in the skillet. Stir gently to combine
- Cook for about 5 minutes, until the edges start to set
- Transfer the oven-safe frying pan to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and golden on top
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving
