Mac and cheese
Ingredients:
- Pasta (75g is a portion but you can just eyeball it)
- 20g margerine
- 20g plain flour
- 300ml milk
- 50g cheese
- Mustard (optional)
- Salt and black pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water for pasta
- Melt margerine in pan, when melted mix with flour
- Add milk slowly and mix well
- Add 30g of cheese until mixed (if using black pepper, salt and mustard add here)
- Drain pasta and mix with sauce
