Jacket potato

Ingredients:

• 1 large potato
• Butter
• Cheese (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F)
2. Wash the potato and prick it with a fork
3. Bake the potato in the oven for 1 hour or until tender
4. Cut the potato open and add butter and cheese if desired
