Chilli and rice

  1. Boil water for rice
  2. Chop the onion and crush or grate the garlic
  3. Put the onion in a pan with a little oil and cook until clear
  4. Add the garlic and chilli powder
  5. Add the tin of tomatoes and kidney beans
  6. Pour water into pot with rice and cook for 10 minutes
  7. Drain the rice and serve with the chilli
